Bit of History

Lisa Waterman, mother of Sarah Fay and Melissa Waterman, has been in the horse industry for over 35 years; showing and training 3-day eventers, pasofinos and peruvian pasos, Quarter Horses and POAs.  Lisa's understanding of training fundamentals and horse performance is what has made Diamond W Ranch what it is today.

Sarah Fay, showing from the age of 3, has been greatly involved with Quarter Horses and POA's.  Sarah focuses on young JPFC horses and coaches very competitive students.  In the past 5 years sarah has taken several young horses to the international and world levels; earning numerous titles from each.

Mel Waterman, now located in Fort Worth Texas, has created Waterman Performance Horses.  Mel has been showing competitvely from the age of 3 and became one of the top youth competitors on the POA circut; earning multiple International titles and the Leanard Lewis Futurity in 2006 . Mel has now begun taking on students, training horses, and showing JPFC.
